Clwb Rygbi Ieuenctid Cwins Cymraeg Caerdydd raise funds for Lesotho Rugby Academy

Another massive shout out and thank you, this time to Clwb Rygbi Ieuenctid Cwins Cymraeg Caerdydd (CRICC) - the Welsh medium rugby club based in North Cardiff, which was formed in 1990. The 250 members are aged from <6 to <16 and attend Welsh medium schools in Cardiff.

Club Treasurer Dafydd Hampson-Jones explains: “Because of the links enjoyed between Lesotho and Wales and our mutual enjoyment and participation in the game of rugby we decided to organise a number of different events during 2018/19 which included sales of cakes by one of the younger squads to a regional tournament for the <16s. As a result the total raised by several age groups amounted to a little under £1,000.00 which will be rounded up to a payment of £1,000 to your Academy.”
